One of The Greatest "Put-Downs" Ever Filmed

Yesterday's CHAN review did not include the following opinion/observation. The above character actor (the GREAT C. Henry Gordon) delivered what has to be one of the best INSULTS I've ever seen (I mean that was Rated G/clean). He's one of the movie's "baddies," and when confronted by a group of the good-guys (Chan and several other authority types) and the pompous Jonathan Hale (another fantastic character actor) delivers the line.

Hale: (blustering and fuming with indignancy) "You must think we're all a bunch of idiots!"

Gordon: "Well, to be fair....... I don't know the other gentlemen."

ZING!

( I guess you had to be there, i.e. go watch Charlie Chan at the Olympics)
