Emmanuel Eboue: Forget Barcelona And Real Madrid, We Must Focus On Man Utd

Emmanuel Eboue insists it was vital Arsenal progressed to the last 16 of the Champions League but now they must fully focus ahead of Monday’s Premier League clash with Manchester United.
The Gunners qualified for the knockout phase of Europe's premier competition with a 3-1 win over Partizan Belgrade. Arsene Wenger’s side finished second in the group and could now face either Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich or Schalke.
But Eboue wants his side to put the thoughts of Barca and Real to one side as they prepare for the massive Premier League showdown against Sir Alex Ferguson’s side.
"It is the most important thing to go through. We are little disappointed, but that is football," Eboue told the club's official website.
"For us it doesn't matter who we play.
"We are strong so we need to concentrate, work hard and always be together - if we can continue to play like this then we can beat any team.
"But we try to forget about the Champions League and think about the game against Manchester United on Monday.
"It is a massive game and it will be very difficult for both teams.”
The Ivorian defender claims there is huge belief running through the Arsenal dressing room and if they continue to work they can keep winning, starting at Old Trafford on Monday.
He added: "We always believe in ourselves and we just need to continue how we are playing and if we do that, we can beat them."
"At the moment we are top of the league and we are happy about that.
"But we have to not put our head up, we have to keep it down and continue to work hard on the pitch."

Valencia striker Roberto Soldado has claimed that the club must begin to show their strength at home if they are to maintain a challenge for the top four in the Primera Division.
Los Che are currently four points behind Espanyol, who currently occupy the final Champions League spot in the table, but have already dropped home points this season to Zaragoza and Mallorca.
Speaking to journalists today, the attacker, who has netted nine goals in the league and Europe this season, stated that teams must once again become fearful of travelling to the Mestalla, starting with Osasuna on Monday evening.
He claimed: “There are no easy matches, and we want to take advantage of the fitness of the team ans how strong we can be at the Mestalla. To be in the running at the end of the season, the Mestalla has to be a fortress. It is true that two games escaped us at home, but the team has reacted well.
“Osasuna will be a very difficult match against a team that defends well. They are strong physically and we will have to play very tough. I am eager and have energy to play at home, score, and please the fans.”

The best part about this Fall season are its layered looks. The reason why I picked this trend above all others was for two major reasons. The first reason was that this trend was seen across the board. Almost every designer gave us layers for a complex yet relaxed look that gives fall fashion a well-put together feel. The second reason why I loved this trend was because you can find these great layers, whether it's a scarf, military jacket, poncho or cape, just about anywhere with only a bit of effort, you can achieve these amazing chic fall looks affordably.

This season I've put together our fashion trend cheat sheet a bit differently. Instead of listing the major trends, I've grouped them together giving you a clear view of what the trends are head- to- toe. I started with hats and this report ends with amazing footwear for fall 2010. There were dozens of trends that I couldn't ignore including cropped sweaters, easy-to-wear capes, shoulder appliqués, wide-leg pants and over-the-knee boots and socks. I truly find that this season is the season to dig through your closet, go find those perfect fall accessories and take the time to pair up and layer to achieve any of these amazing looks. Headbands will also do the trick by easily transforming your hair style. Plus, it's a great cover-up to a boring pony tail when the wicked rain is in town! Two hair and makeup trends really stuck out to me... at Blumarine, models had loose and clean looks from hair to makeup with only a smoky eye to add something special. At L.A.M.B., the girls were a bit over done for my taste but I wanted to showcase deep lip colors, which are totally in this season. Only thing I would suggest, is go lighter on the eyes when sporting a bright or deep lip color.

Fashion jewelry on the runways were over the top with intricate collar bib statement necklaces, piled on bracelets and bangles and metallic gunmetal finishes.
